-Is it compulsory to have an account to shop on Lemonstreet.in?

No, it is neither compulsory nor necessary to have an account on lemonstreet for shopping.

But, we suggest you to make an account to shop because we can provide you more

convenient if you are a logged-in user. Shopping is fast & we can provide extra security

when you are a logged-in user.



-How do I place an order?

To place an order, please follow these steps:

  1. Select the product you want to buy and check delivery at your pin code.

  2. Choose the size that fits you.

  3. Click 'Add To Cart' button.

  4. Click 'Add To Cart' icon placed on the top right corner and choose checkout option.

  5. Choose or 'Add delivery address'. Choose a preferred payment mode and confirm the order
    TIP: Use the 'view cart' button to check your orders or add more products to your cart.


-How will I know if my order is placed successfully?

An e-mail and SMS will be sent once you've successfully placed your order with your order

information to confirm. We'll also let you know when your order is shipped and about its

current status via, sms and e-mail. You can track your orders from the 'My Orders' section

of your lemonstreet account.



-How would I track my order?

Track your order here :

  1. Login to your account.

  2. In My Orders section click view your orders history.

  3. Click the eye button situated on the right side.

      4. Scroll down and see your order history.


-How can I change my billing or shipping address?

To change your address, you can choose a new address on the checkout page.

Or login to your account on lemonstreet.in and follow these steps:

1.Click on 'Modify your address book entries.'

2.Click 'Edit' to edit present order.

Or Click 'New Address'. Enter a new address and click 'Continue'.



-What if I have given the wrong address by mistake?

Address once given at checkout will be accepted as your address but if it is somehow

wrong, it cannot be changed or edited. In such case, you have to cancel the order and place

an order again with the correct address.



-What is lemonstreet's shipping policy?

A nominal fee of Rs. 99 is charged to the customers  as shipping charge.

Lemonstreet maintains an efficient delivery system. Lemon Street has tie-ups with reliable courier services that provide reliable services to all our customers. We provide fast, secure and reliable delivery service.

If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges, if paid online.

All orders are delivered in approximately 3-7 working Days. In the case of extended delay in delivering orders, the customer shall be promptly informed and updated regularly. You can also inform the same by writing to us at [email protected] or call our customer care number 8700755064.

  • If you return an order delivered to you, order shipping charges will not be refunded or you have to self-ship the order.

Note: 1. Value of order is calculated after applying discounts/GST or any other applicable charges.

            2. We do not ship the product you ordered until we confirm it through a phone call.

                We request you to give a valid phone number that you can pick, when we call you.

                While confirming order, we can ask you few questions that you have to answer.



-How much time does it take to deliver my order?

-What are payment modes available on lemonstreet?

We accept various modes of payment such as Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Netbanking , ATM cards, Cash On Delivery (COD).


-How will I receive my order?

We'll deliver your product to your doorstep at the mentioned shipping address. Lemonstreet

maintains an efficient delivery system. Lemonstreet has tie-ups with reliable courier

reliable delivery service.We will ship your product to your mentioned shipping address.



-How should I check if Delivery is available at my pin code?

Select an item. On prduct page you will see 'Check delivery at your pincode' option.

Just enter pincode of your area and you will know if delivery is available at your place.



-Can I get my order faster?

We always try to deliver all orders as fast as we can. But, still if you want to get your order

faster, you can mail us at [email protected] or call our customer care number. If

possible, we will help you to get your order faster.



-What if I purchased two products together, but want delivery of both products at different addresses?

Sorry to say, but if have done so, then both orders will be delivered to same address you

mentioned. To get two products at different addresses you have to make two different

orders mentioning different addresses.



-What should I do if time given to receive order is over?

Lemonstreet maintains an efficient delivery system. Lemon Street has tie-ups with reliable

courier services that provide reliable services to all our customers. We provide Fast, Secure

and Reliable delivery service. But, if you do not receive your order in a given period of

-How much time it takes to deliver my order?

After selecting your desired product you will be directed to checkout page and there you can have the option to fill a new shipping address or you can choose the address you filled earlier.




Cancellation

-What is your Cancellation Policy?
A cancellation of the order is possible before the product is shipped allows you the option to get the whole cash refunded.

If you cancel your order before the products get processed, you can choose to have the entire amount refunded.

For products which have already been shipped, please do not accept the delivery and inform customer care of the proceedings.

Return and Replacement

-How do I file a return/replace request?

Call our customer service representative or mail at [email protected] or go to the homepage of Lemonstreet. In the footer, click 'Return/Return your Product'. Now, a form will appear on your screen. Fill the form and click 'Submit'.


-What is Lemonstreets's return policy?

The Products are returned under any of the following conditions:-
1.When delivered products are defective.

2.When the wrong product was received from your ordered products (includes color, size, Quantity).

The return request shall be made with in 7 days from the date on which product is received by the user. You have to self-ship it. Once we receive your returned product, we will do a quality check of the product and once product passes the quality check we will refund your money excluding shipping charges.

NOTE: If you find that your ordered products are damaged or defective, you immediately inform our customer service within 24 working hours of receiving the order.

Please note that the product should be unused and tags should not be removed and it should be sent back along with original box and invoice without any damage.

We will refund the money the way the payment was made by you. If the payment was done by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund it in your Credit Card or Net-Banking account.

-There would be no free return in case of any special offers or in case of  festive offers. No free return would be initiated if someone does not like the product. In such case, product has to be sent by the customer and he/she has to bear the shipping charges.



-What is your replacement policy?

If you want to exchange the product with another product for the reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the product, free of cost. However, all replacements are subject to stock availability. If you choose to exchange an item, our delivery representative will deliver the new item to you. Please note that we offer an exchange only if the size is not ok. If you desire to replace your item for an alternative product, we suggest you to return it to obtain refunds and purchase the new item separately.

NOTE:The replacement request shall be made with in 4 days from the date on which product is received by the user.

It takes 5-7 business days to replace a product after receiving the product at our warehouse.



-Which products are not eligible for return?

Unless an order is damaged or wrong, we do not return orders below Rs. 299.



-How do I track the status of my Return request?

-Will I get full refund for my return?

You will get a full refund for your return only if you self-ship the products. In case you request us to return the order, we will deduct the shipping charges charged when the order was placed.

-What if I received a defective or wrong item?

It is the rarest of the rare case, but if you get a defective or wrong item, you can immediately contact our customer support. We will replace it as soon as possible.



-Do I have to return the extra cashback/discount/giveaway which I got with my order, when I return that?

Yes, you have to return everything given to you along with the product.



-Why my return order is sent back to me?

Order returned is re-shipped because it is damaged, used or without original tags or MRP tags. For further details contact our customer support.



Refund

-What is lemonstreet's refund policy?

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your

returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within 7 working days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

NOTE: 1. The product should be unused and tags should not be removed and it should be sent back along with original box and invoice.

  1. The amount refunded will exclude shipping charges paid when the order was placed.


    - How will I get refund for a returning order for which I paid COD?

    For cash on delivery orders, we refund your money into the bank account or wallet on which both of us agree to.


    -How much time will it take to get a refund?

    We take 7 days from the date of arrival of products at our warehouse to refund

    money. Once the product has arrived and quality check is successful, we refund your

    money into the bank account or wallet both of us agree to. Time taken to receive

    refund depends upon your card issuer's policies.


    -When does a refund fail?

    A refund fails when product received by us is not as per the condition we have described in our refund policy.



Payment Info

-What are the payment methods avaiable?

You can choose following methods to pay for an order:

  • Net Banking

  • Cash on Delivery

  • Paytm Wallet/Freechare Wallet

  • Maestro, MasterCar ,Visa and American Express Credit or Debit cards issued in India.



-Is it safe to make online payments?

Yes, it is totally safe and secure to pay online.


-Are there any COD charges?

No, there are no COD charges. If someone asks you for COD charges, please, immediately inform us.



-What should I do if my payment fails?

Payment can fail due to technical errors or incorrect payment details. Please check the

details of your card again to make sure they are correct, cardholder name, including the

expiration date, security code on the back of your card and also the billing address. If your

payment is still refused, we suggest trying a different card or payment method. Also, review

limit of your card.

If the above instructions fail, please contact your bank to get full information.



-What should I do if my transaction failed, but the amount has been deducted from my account?

Do not worry, if the transaction failed, but the amount has been deducted from my account.

It is normally pushed back to your bank account within 7 business days. For any further

-What is GST?

GST (Goods and Services Tax) is a single tax imposed by our government on the supply of

goods and services. It has to be paid by the ultimate consumer of the product or service.



-Will the GST amount charged will be refunded, if I return/cancel the purchased product?

Yes, if you return the product the charged GST amount will also be refunded.
